Honey Sesame Shrimp

This recipe has the influence that comes from Singapore. Singapore's name comes from 'Singa Pura' which means Lion City in Sanskrit.
Easy to cook and can be made possible with only a few ingredients at hand.Try this Singaporean dish in your home.
 
Ingredients:
1 lbs. of shrimp with tail on (shelled and deveined)
• 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
• ½ teaspoon of sesame oil
• 1 cloves of garlic (minced)
• 1 ½ HONEYSTICK
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
• 4 oz. of broccoli
• White sesame seeds (for garnishing purpose)
 
Preparation
Keep a small pot of water and cook broccoli florets for 1 minute. Drain the broccoli and keep it aside.
Keep a skillet on medium-high heat and add cooking oil and sesame oil both in the skillet. Put garlic in the oil and sauté until it turns light brown in color. Once turned brown, add shrimp to the oil and stir to mx properly with garlic. It will leave a fine smell. Once it does so, add oyster sauce, apple cider vinegar and honey to it. Stir to combine again once more.
Stir the shrimp mixture with a spatula and allow it to fry for some time. Add broccoli afterwards and combine properly again. Top the mixture with white sesame seeds.
Serve hot in a plate. You may also add your own ingredients for garnishing the shrimp mixture.
