Honey Bubble Cocktail includes champagne, honey and fresh lemon and is specially designed for festive occasions and more luxurious. The drink is as easy to do as it is refreshing - so it works well even if you are not professional bartender. The drink was created by Jimmy Dymott, award-winning bartender at the prestigious cocktail bar Little Quarter in Stockholm.

ABSOLUTE HONEY BUBBLE COCKTAIL
35 ml Absolut Vodka
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon
50 ml Champagne
To do this:
Pour the honey into a shaker glass, add vodka. Use back of your barsked to dissolve the honey in the vodka. Then add the lemon and shake hard. Served over crushed ice in a collins glass and top with champagne.
