Most people think of honey as an alternative sweetener to sugar. However, honey has been used for centuries in folk and traditional medicines as a healing remedy for a number of physical and mental complaints.
Honey is sweet and contains natural sugar. When taken, it gives instant energy and many change one’s mood and depressed feelings.

It goes without saying that our positive and negative thoughts influence every single thing in our lives. They determine what we feel about ourselves, others, and the world, and what we express about our beliefs, opinions, values and judgments.
Statistics shows that 70% of the thoughts an ordinary person has are negative. The thing is, 85% of the stuff we are nervous about has a positive or neutral outcome. Well, is this stuff still worth worrying about?
